FANI MAGNUS
MONSON is vice-president for development at JCC Association.
Before joining the staff of JCC Association in 2001 she served
as campaign director of UJA Federation of Bergen County and
North Hudson, during which time their campaign grew from $8.3
M to more than $10 M. She also led an Emergency Cash Campaign
to raise funds for armored school buses, ambulances and vans
for endangered communities in Israel, which realized $1.5
M in two months; it was the first such federation campaign
in the country.
Prior
to her tenure at UJA, Fani served as the director of the Mid-Atlantic
region of the Jewish Theological Seminary of America for five
years. She was the first director of development at the Abraham
Joshua Heschel School in New York City, and was the national
director of Torah Fund, the Women’s League for Conservative
Judaism’s campaign on behalf of the Jewish Theological
Seminary.
